Thank you everyone for coming out!
Thank you Utah for sharing your project and time with us at Transit. You’re awesome. We all wanted to take off our shoes and roll around in the grass, or better yet, hunker down in the fort with a beer or two (thank you, Shiner). If you didn’t get a chance to experience the installation on opening night, you can still see it by appointment this week only.

This Saturday, August 6th, join us for the opening of Utah Snyder’s Welcome Home. Utah has been working on this project since his residency started in June, and the exhibition marks the completion of his residency and time with us here at Transit. It’s been real good. You won’t want to miss it. Oh yeah, and there’s a fort involved.
Hope to see you there!

In a collaborative effort, Libby and I just finished printing our 2011 Resident Artist Fliers! There is a limited edition, so if you get a hold of one of these, keep it close to your heart. (oh, and the best part is that it’s a SCRATCH OFF!)

See you soon!
